Eligibility and Restricted Territories

Currencies and Deposits

BetPlays Withdrawal Rules

Every BetPlays withdrawal is processed to the same method you used to deposit, whether that is your bank account or another option available in our Cashier. We allow a maximum withdrawal of €5,000, or the equivalent, in any 7-day period unless we agree to a larger amount in advance. Wins above €50,000, or the equivalent, are paid in monthly instalments of a maximum €50,000 until the full amount is settled; all progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and are exempt from this instalment rule. We allow only one pending withdrawal at a time, and depending on the method, we may limit you to one withdrawal request within 24 hours. We may change the maximum permitted sum per transaction at any time without prior notice, and you cannot withdraw more than your available balance.

Before your first BetPlays withdrawal, we require full KYC verification, including an identification document, proof of address, a bank statement, images of your card showing both sides with the first six and last four digits visible while the remaining digits and CVV/CVC are masked, and proof of ownership of any other payment method used. We may also carry out phone or face verification. A deposit must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw, and we may refuse a withdrawal if your total bet amount is lower than your last deposit. We do not process a withdrawal request until all wagering requirements are met, and funds marked as bonus, along with funds stuck in an aborted game, cannot be withdrawn. We check all transactions to prevent money laundering. Where we suspect participation in fixed or manipulated events, we may suspend the account for up to 180 days while we investigate; during this period the account is inaccessible and no withdrawals or transactions are permitted, and a confirmed finding results in permanent closure and confiscation of the associated winnings. If you cancel a withdrawal, the funds return to your balance and become available for play again. We process all withdrawal requests within 5 banking days, though this may take longer depending on the payment channel, additional checks and public holidays.
